I urge people NOT to go here.
They will try to get whatever money they can out of you. Even though they advertise a $10 bag service, which is the service I asked for that morning, not only did they "lose" my bag, they tried to make me pay $15 for the washing I had done plus buy one of their crappy plastic bags to boot.
When I tried to call them on it, they told me I don't have the right to decide what I pay. I walked out with them screaming after me that I was the worst customer in the world.
There are other services on Enmore Road that are much better. Please don't give the laundry at 139 Enmore Road any service.
Unfortunately I had such a bad experience I felt I had to come here and let people know. I asked for a simple mending job to be done. Not only did they not do the job as requested (and therefore ruined my item) but after attempting to explain how I believe the error occured, I asked for my money back, which sent the staff literally into a rage - screaming at me, abusing me and calling me a liar. I have never experienced such a disgusting display of human behaviour before, especially from a business. Very disappointing.
