I’ve been taking my cars to Ken for 6 years and its by far the best workshop I’ve ever used. Ken knows everything (well almost everything) about any car and if by chance he doesn’t he will find out so you can be guaranteed of the right advice. The workmanship is also of the highest quality.
We were headed north on a road trip, and encountered engine trouble VERY early this morning. Google revealed this hidden gem and we stumbled in at 6am hoping for a miracle! Ken went out of his way to ensure the required parts were on the first delivery of the day. He got us back on the road as quickly as he could. He was friendly, professional, very reasonably priced and we are so very grateful that he stopped what he was doing to help us! we cannot recommend him highly enough! Thanks Ken!
My wife and I have been taking all our cars (both European and Australian-made) to Ken at Enoggera workshop for the past 5 years, for both minor servicing and major component replacement/repair. We have always found Ken to be honest and reliable, with good communication. What a hidden treasure this place is! Ken is an absolute gem and so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and polite. I had an issue with my car, which turned out not to be an issue at all thanks to Ken's thorough inspection and investigation of what I described to him. He exhausted all possible avenues to resolve the problem and reach a conclusion, and really went above and beyond to help me out. I'll definitely be getting my car serviced here for ever!
