Treatment and what to expect - Depending on which methods the Physiotherapist uses, treatment is aimed at: facilitating pain relief, correcting muscle activation, hastening natural healing processes, returning normal joint movements, regaining normal muscle lengths, education of the patient of their condition.

On your initial visit you will be given a thorough assessment to find all causes of your pain/dysfunction. The therapist will then undertake necessary treatment, as well as fully discussing your particular problems.
