Went in last week and saw the podiatrist Pam. She was absolutely amazing. Excellent bed side manner. LA (needle) was given slowly to ensure minimal pain. Insured I was always OK or comfortable. Has a very calming nature and followed up with a call to ensure everything was healing well. I personally get anxious from needles and she was very considerate and understandable. Would recommend seeing her!! Very happy with my experience!!
We arrived for our 9.30am on Saturday to find the place locked up. One other client also waiting said that the podiatrist was "caught in traffic"
When he arrived his clothes were unironed and hair a mess, caught in traffic or slept in? won't go back again, clearly unprofessional. No apology for keeping us waiting either
