We act as an extension of the client's human resource department, assuring that there is open communication between supervisor and employee, and assisting with any troubleshooting or problem solving that may be needed.
Temporary Recruitment - including reference checks, skills evaluation, OH&S compliance, daily, weekly monitor of performance and payment of wages and superannuation for its clients. We work across all sectors from Industrial to White Collar
Training we start with a training needs assessment, training will then be delivered as per the need. We can tailor make training for your employees or provide accredited workplace based training to up skill your workforce.
Human Resources - we provide generalist HR functions including EEO, change management, employee development and growth strategies and outplacements.
