EnviroShop

Our experience of EnviroGroup installing a 5kW system onto our new build was very unsatisfactory. Expected high quality product and customer service for the premium price they charge - reality was poor product knowledge of what they were selling and poor customer service. They after sales follow up was zero... I had to chase them every step of the way to get my issues resolved. Certainly could not recommend them in any way shape or form.
They have since offered me a $500 discount on future purchases, which they subsequently reduced to $300 when they realised they'd be making a loss... pretty poor when i spent $11k with them in the first place!

Not a big shop but impressed with the variety of everyday items on offer which are environmentally friendly, non toxic, and some are economical in prices. First time here, informative and helpful staff.

I've been coming to the enviroshop for many years. The shop now offers a variety of products which are great for birthday presents etc. I've also bought several specialist products through them such as panels and equipment. They are a good option for projects that are a bit different, outside the square.

EnviroGroup pitched themselves as providing a premium service for a premium price, but I received very poor service indeed. The installation of my 4kW system was OK , but post-installation service dropped away entirely: paperwork was lodged with errors, false claims were made about electrical safety inspection status, contractors showed up without prior notice, emails were tardily replied to, and more besides. Just got solar panels put in by these guys. Helpful and knowledgable from start to finish. Totally recommend them.
