Do not use these stairs. They are really poor. As an Architect I specified this company on the basis of the images on their website. They quoted my builder a supply time of some 6 weeks from check measure. The stairs arrived 18 weeks later and seriously delayed the completion of the whole project. The stairs when they were fitted were loose, badly marked on the balustrade and with drips and major marks and imperfections in the powder coat finish on almost all the stair risers which you look straight at using the stairs. We made the installer and manufacturer aware if these issues and the installer refused to return to site unless he was paid every cent for the install despite the appalling workmanship, we have waited months for the plates they intend to put over the poor finish ( rather than replacing the treads as they should and frankly the service and quality is appalling and very expensive.
In all my years as an architect I have not dealt with such a company.
