Left my car with this guy for some engine work, I got a phone call from them to ask if my rear break light was smashed before I dropped it off. I emphatically told him it was not. Went to pick it up and my boot was dented and light broken. I asked what had happened and was told that’s how it was dropped off. I told them that was not the case and was then told someone might have hit it but If so that’s not their responsibility - apparently leaving my car with them is the same as leaving it in a car park and any damage to the car is my responsibility. Absolutely appalling!!!! Do not use this company!! They did not fix the damage I had to take it somewhere else to get it fixed at my own cost. Dishonest and irresponsible!
