Arrogant, lazy staff. This company refuses to answer emails, which I need being a full-time worker. Very vague on detail, and then they expect you to entrust them with your pay. I'd like to complain formally about them. I am forced to deal with them if I want tax concessions, as they are the "preferred" supplier for my employer. I wouldn't use them either if I had a choice.

Freindly staff. Very poor website, impossible to find forms etc... Seem to make a lot of errors (i.e. having 2 insurance pollicies on one car...!). Would not use if Had a choice.
