Brown Brothers Epicurean Centre philosophy stems from the Brown families fascination with new and different wine varieties.
It is a place where you can experience, learn and taste Brown Brothers unique range of wines with food. Each dish is served with a glass of wine that is carefully matched so that the flavours of the food and wine are enhanced. Brown Brothers host three key events every year, an Easter festival, a Winter festival to coincide with the long weekend in June and the Wine and Food Festival in November which is an absolute must if you love great wine and food.

The perfect setting, the perfect glass of wine and the perfect meal- what could be more relaxing? Everything was cooked to perfection from fresh ingredients with delicate and subtle flavours accompanied by the lightest sauces. The cuisine is a fusion-type and the wines are chosen to complement the meal. I can guarantee you will stagger out!
