I've previously gone to the Breastscreen team there, and they are great but I'm moving to a different location. This is because of the clinic reception staff who are disgustingly unprofessional. They are rude, are nasty and talk down to people. Even if you're not their target, it's appalling and unsettling to watch their behaviour.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I had a great service. The two MRI girls that work there are so helpful and understanding.

Had an appointment at 12pm and was left waiting for over an hour to go in for an mri. Wasn't happy, and wasn't expecting to waste my time

The staff here are useless. They're so arrogant they think it's perfectly acceptable to keep patients waiting while they chat about personal things or go and make a coffee. They Kept me waiting for 35 mins after my appointment time for an MRI, then more than an hour for an X-ray afterwards. When they finally called me in for the X-ray they realised they couldn't do the type of X-ray requested by my specialist! This is despite them have the request form for over a week! To make matters worse the receptionist gave me a attitude over my request for a medical certificate for work. I ended up taking the request form over the the Northern hospital where the X-ray was done within 15 mins.

Terrible Service. They are rude and not welcoming. They have a lot of attitude and are not helpful.
Takes so long for them to pick up the phones, if at all, and when they do they say VERY quickly 'Can I put you on hold' and just leaves you on hold for ages. I work in the medical field and have heard from many others and patients the same thing. You desperately need to hire new staff or more staff and they don't seem to handle stress well AT ALL. BTW, I am still stuck on hold while I am writing this review.
