EPS Property Management have continued to exceed expectations with regard to their approach to property management. The communication & efficiency has always been wonderful. I have experienced nothing but bad service from EPS Property. I would not recommend anyone rent or lease with this company. EPS Property believe it is exceptable to lease a property that has no hot water and completely dirty. When told that this is not exceptable feel it is appropriate to laugh and give me the number for a plumber! A condition report that was filled out and sent back within 7 days managed to go missing. Absolutely appalling.
