Equine Time
Equine Time uses horses to help heal humans.Equine Time is run by Psychologist Lynette Toms and horse specialists Jennie Toms and Lisa Spackman.
Equine Assisted Psychotherapy offers a form of experiential therapy. In this mode of therapy horses can help people learn new ways to solve problems. They provide a novel situation that encourages people to try out new ways to approach problem solving. This provides the person with an opportunity to find the best solution for themselves.
During therapy the horses are free to naturally respond to the activity. The activities are all ground work based. There is no riding and prior horse experience is not necessary.
