EQUITABLE FINANCE PTY LIMITED, LEASING & MORTGAGE BROKERS was established in 1985. The Founder and Managing Director, Kon Bohatko, has been in the finance industry since 1971. We operate mainly as Commercial Finance Brokers, arranging funding from many different sources.

Over the years, Equitable has established a wide accreditation with mainstream financial institutions as well as specialist financiers. Speaking with us is like approaching a host of different lenders simultaneously.
In todayâ??s everchanging and demanding financial marketplace, no one lender can service all of a clientâ??s financial needs. And it makes good business sense for clients not to put all their eggs in one basket.
