Loui From Era Shell Interior provided a plastering job and we agreed on the job. From the first minute he arrived he constantly swears . The neighbours complained about his loud voice and swearing. When I told him to lower his voice, he got angry and fired up. I let him continue the job, a few hours later I come back and find he installed a cracked ceiling sheet. I pointed it out to him and he wasn't happy at all and refused to fix it.
i requested with the quote provided for a wall to be done in a specific way once he started working on that wall turns out different to what i requested. i questioned why he done it differently to what we agreed. he said yes we agreed but i want to do it this way now.

I had them come by to erect a plaster wall. Their introduction were pleasant enough. However, when they started work, what a change in personality! They were messy, always self-praising, always disappeared to my front yard to smoke, left cigarette butts all over my front yard, left plastering mess everywhere (internally and externally).
While they were there, we found that my ceiling was cracking so I asked them to fix it. They did what are called "V cuts" into the cracks, which is the correct technique, but instead of putting plastering tape INTO the cracks, they placed them OVER the cracks.
