Stockdale & Leggo Melton are the worst Real estate I have ever dealt with ever If I could give them a minus I would. They were supposed to be looking after my property and told me when I was with them my tenant was good. She trashed my house. I am so angry with them i would not recommend them to anyone. BEWARE

still using this rental agency for property in melton for over 2 years now, dont always get back to you when leave a message for them to call you back and need to chase up again. statement fees are still very frustrating both for financial reasons (charge much more than cost of postage stamp) but also environmental reasons (wont just email them out) wasting paper and unnecessary use of fossil fuels etc to deliver them . also charging $50 to draw up a new rental agreement with same tennants each year when rental agreement is up, is also excessive and uncalled for (other agencies do not charge anything) for not really doing anything.

still using this rental agency for our investment property and are still happy with service, quickly found new renters when our initial renters move out. dont always contact you back with issues arising often having to chase them up but generally they are professional, reliable and we will continue to use their services. and the fee for mailing out statements is excessive and the fact they only offer this expensive snail mail option rather than paperless, costless email option is a bit annoying and confusing in this day and age. management fees are competitive with other real estate agents.

we have use this agent for our rental property in melton for about 6 months now and have been very pleased with the service. they very quickly found us renters despite being the xmas holiday period, and have been very professional, friendly and reliable with managing inspections, repairs, service people, rent and any other issues that have occured. fees are reasonable. would highly recommend!
