Honestly, I never leave reviews - let alone create a new profile on here to do so. This Salon is horrible, they are completely rushed, completely inept, DONT NOT GO HERE. I provided pictures of my past hair cut, even broke the session down over two weeks to allow for my hair to adapt in between. During my cuts, they were constantly rude to other customers, telling them to come back in "5 Mins' as they weren't? ready and could provide no room for them to sit and enjoy a cuppa whilst they waited. ABSOLUTE JOKE. STAY AWAY.
Always excellent service and fantastic results. The staff are happy, friendly and accommodating and the quality of the hair cut/colour is consistenly excellent. I travel from far and wide to get my blonde colouring done with Peter and the team - I wont go anywhere else.
The cut took 45 min alone and I had to fix it up (like inches off it in some random spots) when I got home.
The out dated decor is simply painful and uncomfortable.
There were many times I was told "5 minutes" as we're other customers and it was more like 20...... With many times they were out of their depth with customers waiting for long periods for any form of attention.
Value for money is exceedingly lacking! I've paid less in the city for a better outcome!
And the tone and content of conversations had by Senior staff was quite simply offensive! Keep your personal opinions to your self! And maybe keep the tone of the store comfortable! -For everyone! That's after all your responsibility! And simply curtious.
