I regularly go the Erina Fair post office, and love it there. The staff are so friendly, even though they seem to be so very busy whenever I go there. The only thing that I miss is that they can't sign statutary declarations there. I went into a tizzy but then the kind young man directed me where to go to find a JP. Excellent service!
went in here recently to pay some bills - you know that boring stuff, while there was a bit of a Que, the wait wasn't overly long, the person who served me was quite nice, asked how my day was going, I paid the bills and she said *enjoy the rest of your day* as I left. Typical *post office* selling odds-n-ends, postal boxes, stamps etc.
I experienced nothing but rudeness from a staff there. I was trying to deposit money into my account. My card didn't work first go, so handed it back to me and said that I would have to send it to my bank (only city branch) I told the staff to try it again as my card works everywhere else and staff was very rude. In the end, it worked. Very rude. I am going to complain to Australia post as well. Not happy!!!!
For several weeks I have experienced such rude treatment from one of your employees that I refuse to tolerate it any longer. Each time I try to make a transaction through Erina Fair Post office, he acts as though I were an annoyance.
In one instance, he said I have already told you this what part don't you understand.
