Rented a small house from Bernie in 2017 and found out the gas hot water service was not working and needed replacement as well as the gas grille in the same state. Paying near $400 a week I expected a great deal better than the comment, "Its not going to happen straight away" Showered at work through the week and friends homes on the weekends. Needless to say I made it a priority to break my lease and move on.
I purchased an trust accounting service from this business. The customers paid but the funds didn't get past the accounting system to reach my account. Really frustrating, I contacted Bernie so many times with little response and got empty promises. I still wonder how he explained to the trust account auditor why the funds in the account hadn't been disbursed as per the legally binding contracts.
They contacted me via a franchised garden company, and organized a garden tidy for a listed property. I invoiced them via email 7/72014 and resent it 23/7/2014. Payment has not been received and they have since shifted responsibility for the account to the owners. I will edit this when the situation is resolved.
I am the owner of a property in Adelaide, who has used ERINDALE REAL ESTATE for property management for about two years, It was and now is a lovely property again, i wanted tenants that would maintain and look after the property regardless of the time factor, no dogs, oil trays on the driveway to catch any oil from cars that may leak, and to pay there rent and outgoings. What i got was this two dogs digging holes. I had to pay their water bills, i asked the real estate agent to apply to evict the tenants, but it was all to hard( they said), i asked the camper van to be removed from the front yard as it would ruin the grass, watering system etc, these tenants left when the lease was up, the real estate agent will offer no explanation to water damage, smashed sink, pvc pipes cut, oil stains, unclean property, dead plants, etc, What they will leave you with is this, bills that should have been paid, , no exit report,no monthly inspections, etc,
Contacted the agent to make an appointment to view the property travelling from Victoria a week in advance. No mention of pending sale or offers. The day before our appointment, half way to Adelaide we receive a phone call to say sorry the property is sold to someone who had been looking at it for awhile. Was the vendor aware there was another potential buyer?
