Had horrenous haemorroids and the pharmacist lady with blonde hair was really non-judgemental and helpful. They're gone now!

While it's useful to have a local chemist ( and let's face it, local shops are hard to find now) I found them a bit expensive compared to the bigger chain chemists. however when youre not well you don't want to go far. The people there are friendly and knowledgeable and it's good to support small local businesses when you can.
