Nomad's Thoughts: While being small in size, this newsagency still has a good range and probably everything you would need. Might be worth checking if they have in stock more niche magazines or books.
I was a paperboy back in 1975-6 working for Mr Cook at the time. I would do deliveries in the morning and a paper-run after school. Saturday I would also do a run followed by a collection. I dreaded the Sunday morning run as the papers were very thick and the barrow was exremely heavy especially negotiating steps...I managed somehow. After getting paid $12.00 for my duties myself and the other paperboys would head over to Redfern Oval to watch the Rabbitohs play. Fond memories indeed.
