I was very happy when this company approved me for finance. however I faced a unexpected experience in my life which made it difficult to pay out the contract by it's end date. 1 year and a half after I ring Esanda up for finance, but I get the door shut in my face and I get told unfortunately we can't help you. I'm working, I payed off my loan, why not? I don't get it.
Were great right up until it came time to pay out the loan when all of a sudden they couldnt find the cheque I sent them and when they did track it down, started giving me all sorts of variations on how long it would take to "process" the check - up to 3 weeks apparently. Only after speaking to a supervisor I got this down the 48 hours. Nice work Esanda, long term customer who wont be back.
I have had very good experiences with Esanda every time I have dealt with them. I formerly ran a small rental car business and I have leased several cars through Esanda. The process is too easy as they do a self-declared chattel mortgage which is perfect for small business owners because you do not have to get your accountant involved. You simply declare your income and make the payments.
