The cafe itself has a nice atmosphere, very large and open however has cosy spaces and features they make it personal. The staff were very friendly and helpful however the food and coffee was very slow to get to us and there was only one other table filled when we were there. So I worry about what the timing is like when busier. The menu had a good selection of items. I was there for breakfast and enjoyed the menu having a little difference to it than other cafes. I selected the Mexican breakfast which was great, eggs and all other ingredients were cooked well. The baked eggs, whilst they looked appealing, were over cooked and not as tasty. Coffee is campos

In the heart of the city, this cafe is on Sussex Lane as the name suggests. It offers a range of pre made foods, juices, coffees and also some tasty sounding brunch and lunch options. There are some different and interesting choices with a Mexican influence. We got the traditional baked eggs which had a lovely homemade tomato and capsicum flavour, just slightly overcooked. We also tried the mexican breakfast with some awesome potatoes which were like chips with avocado and beans. This was yum! The coffee was great, with cappuccino art and I got a red velvet latte which I enjoyed. Service was extremely nice and hospitable and meals came out promptly.

Hidden in a laneway this cafe has become a popular coffee spot for city workers. It's always a buzz in the morning with people ordering their takeaway caffeine hit. We sat in for brunch on a busy Friday and tried the Acai bowl and the Hipster Breakfast. The Acai bowl had a great balance of granola, desiccated coconut and fruit making for the perfect start to the day. If you are a matcha fan try the Matcha Bowl for something a little different. The hipster breakfast was a version of avo smash with eggs, tomato and pistachio dukkah. The staff were friendly and the cafe had a bustling yet relaxing vibe making it one to try if you are in the CBD.
