ESS uses the state-of-the art training facility at AAMI Park to conduct our athlete development, Altitude Training, Deep Water Hydrotherapy, Clinical Pilates and corporate training programs.

The AAMI Park training gym is not available to the general public as it is the training base for The Melbourne Storm, Melbourne Football Club & Melbourne Victory. By becoming an ESS client for your rehabilitation/recovery and athlete training needs, you will gain access to this state-of-the-art training facility as well as our team of highly qualified and experienced sports professionals.

Located at 60 Olympic Boulevard, Melbourne, the AAMI Park gym is equipped with:

* ESS high performance & rehabilitation team
* 25m indoor, heated pool with 2 lanes for swimming & 2 for running
* Ice bath & hot spa recovery
* State of the art gym
* Sprung loaded floor
* Boxing ring
* Wrestling mats
* Private altitude room
* 70 person theatrette
* Corporate change rooms and shower facilities for ESS clients
