I have been a Ford devotee as long as I can remember. We purchased my daughters new Focus Sport and my wife's new Focus Titanium from Essendon Ford about Jan 2012, we live about 40klm from the dealership but were promised a courtesy car at service time, we asked for a courtesy car at 15000klm service and we're denied unless we postponed the service for another 3 weeks, the exact same tactic was employed when we recently called Essendon Ford Service to book the 30000klm service, another factor in our buying decision initially was the Fixed Price Servicing offered. It was a small task which took me less than few minutes to get over with however the consequences could have been far worst if it was something else loose under the bonnet. I contacted Essendon Ford and to inform them of the issue and discussed my feedback, which was taken on board by Essendon Ford very professionally. I sincerely hope that there is learning for all of us, the service provider to have a Quality Assurance check before ...read more
