Essendon Volkswagen

I have had nothing but ongoing Trasmitter problems which VW would not cover $3200 later and then 10 months later car changing gears-inspection they wanted another $320, I refused, then they said needs new Clutch which connects to transmission, spoke to a Paul who dismissed my conversation about satfety to drive-jumping gears, spoke to Manager, no one would assist in anything. He adisved me that they can fix the issue for another $3600 till customer care decides what to do, probably won't cover . I was absolutely mortified at the no service and just $$$ is all they are about. I am sure they will know who I am from this. Never dealing with them again and I truly don't recommend them
