Essential Beauty & Piercing Galleria

I had my belly button/navel pierced by Essential Beauty, which was done incorrectly. I had to pay $120, only to have to take it out after a few months. It was pierced too far forward, and became extremely uncomfortable. It was not pierced with enough skin, barely any, so it migrated forwards and would have continued to the point of having no more skin if I had not taken it out. The piercer seemed really unsure about what she was doing and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, about a week or two after having my navel pierced the top ball fell off as it had not been tightened enough when it was pierced. We went back to tell them this and they did not apologise or give us a new ball. Instead, we also had to pay for this part! My friend also had a negative experience with Essential Beauty that day.
