Recently went here with my daughter who had been asking for a while to have her ears pierced. This salon was recommended to me by another person.
I phoned ahead and booked an appointment. Staff member over phone was very polite and informative. First impressions upon entering salon were very good. Salon was immaculate and we were greeted warmly. I opted to get both ears pierced at once, which I thoroughly recommend for younger children. My daughter was nervous once we got there but both the ladies made her feel relaxed and performed the ear piercing very quickly without any fuss. And a nice little touch is that they offered her a lollie afterwards for being so brave! It has been 3 weeks now since we've had the piercings done and there's been no problems whatsoever. Special mention to Stacey and Katelyn (hope I got your name right Katelyn). Thank you ladies.
