i popped in on my way home to see if they had time to do an eyebrow and lip wax, of course understanding that as i didnt make an appointment i might not be able to get in. i very clearly asked the staff if they had time to do an eyebrow and lip wax this morning after a bit of pouting the staff said they had time to do it before their next appointment, as soon as entering the therapy room staff did not close the door (but that is no big deal) and proceeded to cut my brows, without asking what i wanted, next staff applied strip wax to my face ( which every other place i have been to will ask if that is ok) this whole time not talking to me and being so rough with my face... next came the plucking before staff even connected the tweeters to my face felt like they were ripping my skin off with their bare nails, once this was completed staff very confidently announced staff was done and quickly left the room to leave me wondering what happened to my lip wax ( but again after ...read more

i didnt have any beauty things done here because of all my other bad experiences with other Essential Beauty stores, but I thought I'd pop in here to look for a ball for my bellyring, no one was at the front of the store, and I can hear people talking down the back in one of the rooms and having a laugh or two over something.. i made a lil noise to make show i was there and nothing ... when someone finally came out, she came across as unapproachable and not well-mannered or helpful. Will not go back to any EB Salon again.
