Essential Financial Services (EFS) was established as an independent mortgage broking business in 1995 by Milan Chetkovich, who has held a Finance Broking license since 1991. Milan Chetkovich was a founding member of the Mortgage Originators Committee in 1993. He has been continually involved in the education of participants in the finance broking industry, has held a position as a member of the Board of Directors at the East Perth Redevelopment Authority (EPRA) and is currently sitting on the disciplinary panel at the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). Milan Chetkovich is also a member of CPA Australia.
