Located in seddon, this place actually big than it looks. They have an outdoor dining area and an extension at the back. When we sat down, we were waiting for table service for about 10 mins until we finally got their attention to get their menus. After the service was great. Staff checked in with us to take our orders and to see if we're happy with our meals. Not a big range of healthy options here but they do hearty meals.

Est 1906 is a great brunch spot in the heart of Seddon with a decent selection of sweet and savoury meals on offer. Rather large cafe with plenty of seating indoors and out with casual family/kid friendly atmosphere. I had the acai bowl for lunch with sago pudding at the bottom, fruits & toasted coconut for crunch. Acai smoothie I found a bit sweet, really felt like I was eating a dessert.
Plenty of other items of menu I would consider trying out next time. Makes a decent flat white too!

From the outside this place looks like an average boutique brunch place but when you walk in you will realise that the place is actually really bigand spacious. Their coffee (latte) was good but nothing memorable. I ordered the crunchy chicken burger with coleslaw and have no complaints there. The staff were extra friendly to us even though we stayed passed their closing time.

I was here last weekend with some friends, as we were looking for a place that was kids friendly in which the children can roam around freely without any issues. The weather wasn’t looking too great either and needed a place for a quick exit inside if needed. It was the first time for all of here, the outdoor place with the children’s play area was brilliant. Small cubby house and a number of toys. The garden area was clean and sufficient room for them to run around. There was a change room as well for parents. We ordered some coffees, cakes and a number of meals for the kids. The food was great, fast and efficient. Service was friendly. I would definitely return again and recommend other with parents to try this place out. A definite winner!
