Eyelash lift and tint disaster. The lady seemed to know what she was doing and explained each step. She got solution in my eyes, it stung a lot. I do not like the fact they use micro pore tape to protect the lower lashes. This is cheap and they should have used silicone pads. My eyelashes are over processed and in the corners they are pointing downwards! The tint made no difference at all. I went here because a lot of the salons have staff that do not speak good English and I thought this would give a professional result. Hiding behind a big brand name. Maybe good for facials but I think since eyelash lifting is relatively new, they need to polish up their skills, particularly when applying chemicals near to eyes!!!! There is no reversal so I am not going back to complain and another corrective treatment might make my lashes fall out, or worse, cause eye sight damage. For $89, I am severely disappointed.

Had the most pampering and relaxing treatment at Eternal Beauty yesterday.. The therapist was just amazing and my skin has never looked and felt so great. Loved the personal attention I received and left there feeling that facial was well worth it. Excited about my next visit there. Highly recommended.

Recommended a friend to visit Eternal Beauty in Port Melbourne and on her looking up their details she found the attached reviews. I have been a client of Eternal Beauty for over 7 years and I could not recommend them or their services more highly. These negative reviews have shocked me. I have always found the staff professional and treatments exceptional. They use Ella Bache products which are amazing. I would not trust any other beauty therapist for facials or my eyebrows other than Mera and the other girls at Eternal Beauty.

Eternal Beauty in Port Melbourne is not a professional establishment! I purchased a treatment package voucher for $99 in September 2014, and subsequently attended the salon for an unrelated beauty treatment at the hands of a very nasty staff member, leaving me with red marks under my eyes where she pressed too hard because she was annoyed at having to perform my treatment. I have been too scared to return and redeem my voucher and it has since expired, and they refuse to return my $99! I urge you to go anywhere else if you don't want to throw your money away, I certainly was not intending to, it's a lot of money!
