A nice place to start shopping for a dress. A very classy intimate collection, not a huge selection. Staff are friendly, and they are open on a Sunday. You are not allowed to take photos in the gowns which is a disappointing.

HORRIBLE experience. Apart from them being extremely ruid and talking down to me. My wedding day was ruined. I paid $3290 for a wedding dress to be made only to find it had a fault line that ran directly down the front of the dress. My wedding dress looked like a pair of stockings with a run in it that ran straight down the front of my dress and SHOWED UP IN ALL MY WEDDING PHOTO'S. Eternal bridal were apologetic and admitted it was a manufacturer's fault but then advised me that because I had to wear the faulty dress on my wedding day and had had it altered they would not offer a full refund and were extremely rude about the entire situation, even trying to then blame the fault on me. Do not risk buying your perfect dress from a shop like this. It is not worth the risk, you want to look perfect and feel perfect on your day and not be in court months later resolving issues from a day that should have been perfect. I was so desperate to get the right dress as my wedding date is approaching. Visited a few shops recommended by my colleague but couldn't find the one just right for me.

I came across Eternal Bridal online when googling for dresses. The dresses on their website look very promising so I called them up to make a booking on the following weekend.
