Disappointing lack of customer service. I used to be a regular customer, today I went back for a pedicure and manicure. I was allowed to leave too early and my nails smudged. I went back twice (within an hour of having them done) and they were too busy to fix them. Wouldn’teven make a time for me to come back. I will have to do them again myself. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

I don't leave bad reviews, If I do not like a place I just don't go back. However my experience here was so ridiculously bad. I went to this salon to have acrylic nails removed. The technician just started prying then off with a metal file. I stopped her and asked why she wasn't soaking in acetone. She said my nails were so old they didn't require it (I had them applied 2 weeks ago at a different salon for my wedding). The process was painful and she told me that's because my nails are thin (which they are but that's beside the point). She kept trying to sell me new acrylics or sns and when she realised I didn't want them became rude. The surface of my nails are now rough and torn. She also filed my nails by sawing back and forth. It was really really awful. I really wish I'd just walked out.

An Eternal customer for 2 years. I love them and they do a great job and have many many repeat customers.

I'm so disappointed with this salon.
First, I booked in with two bridesmaids to get our nails done on the eve of my wedding. They decided to shut on that day without ever calling to notify me!
Nine months later I decided to give them a second change. The woman cut my toe nails back almost to the quick and did not remove any of the dead skin from heels and ball of the foot. She was also quite rough and abrupt. A waste of 25 dollars. Feeling very disappointed.

Came here to get a manicure and pedicure for $35. There was another person getting the same deal as me and was sitting next to me. We were both escorted to the massage chairs where hers was turned on and mine wasn't and they didn't even bother turning mine on. My nails were completely rushed as I finished 30 minutes earlier than the other person who came in the same time as me. The mani/pedi experience overall was rushed and I was massaged for not even a minute; whereas the person next to me got a 5 minute treatment. I was told to use the UV lamps to set my nails, which is unnecessary for normal nail polish. I burnt my hand on the lowly placed UV lamp (as I touched it accidently when I was unable to see it under the plastic cover) when I moved my hand slightly. The service here is terrible.
