Bought Groupon voucher to use this morning and even though owner admitted I had not been in, said the voucher was used and I would need to contact Groupon.

I bought an Ourdeal voucher and had my appointment at this salon Wednesday 23rd July.

I walked out of the salon in absolute tatters, I did not get the style I requested and I had to pay $60 extra (which is practically the same value as my voucher)!!

The stylist consulted with me over the colour foils that I would like explaining to me that I will need two different tones of foils to even the colour out. Not once did they mention that an extra fee would occur for using two colours instead of one. ...read more

It been over 7 months since my last cut so I needed a lot doing to it. I had a lovely lady called Ice she was fab. She spoke to me about colours and was very professional. I was so happy with the outcome :) would recommend to anyone.

Excellent customer service, willing to spend the extra time to get the colour I wanted. Best team of hairdressers.

Asked for basic balayage. Wanted brown over dark brown but they advised me I had to go lighter to have a good contrast. The whole process took 4 1/2 hours. Meanwhile they attended to all other clients. They also spoke in mandarin to each other the whole time which made me uncomfortable. The end result was overly pricey (they charged me extra for foils that didn't even work) and I looked like my pony tail had been bleached a mustard blonde colour. The website says 5 days for free fix ups but they aren't answering their phone, possibly due to being closed over Christmas? But I was not advised of this. Now I am stuck wearing a beanie until they open again and hopefully agree to fix it for free.
