I dont know where to begin, but i can safely start off with is that i was well looked after and left so at ease, as my fiancé and i who had left the rings late before the engagement. The friendly staff at Eternity came to our help. We liked the designed on one ring, but wanted the diamond setting of another, which the lovely staff sat us down, got us the images of the rings, and put the desgin we had pictured on paper for us to see the final outcome. We were over the moon to see the idea we wanted on paper so that we knew what we were getting. The last problem we had was we needed within 3 weeks, the staff did say it can take around 4-6 weeks, but we will push it to make sure you will recieve it in 3 weeks. Can you even give this place 0 stars?

I mean there's a reason every time you walk past the shop there's no one in there. All other jewellery shops are almost always full (I went 1-2 weeks before Christmas) and probably 1/5th of the price.

Customer service was a joke, I felt so uncomfortable and wanted to walk out after 5 seconds of speaking to the staff. Rude, abrupt and I was actually shocked knowing that customer service is vital in any business success and eternity still operate as if they want to close down.

You don't even deserve to be there at that spot. Put an actual business there Westfield Hurstville!

Worst experience ever. I have never in my life complained about a business, being in retail myself. However - if you would like to purchase an engagement ring worth thousands of dollars then have the diamonds fall out after two days then this is the place to go! Worst experience with customer service also, they screwed us around and it took months to get the ring back which just frickin lost diamonds again. Not to mention I was told by the management of the business that the ring wasn't faulty- ever. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I cannot express enough my disgust in this 'business' or the lack of compassion they have.

We purchased our wedding rings from Eternity Jewellers at Hurstville and along the way we had an issue and it was resolved professionally and with kindness towards us the customer. I recommend Eternity jewellers as I feel that at all times I was spoken to with honesty, and for that I thank the owner Ferit and his staff member Nada for treating us with respect. If you would like to visit a jeweller, this is one that has a beautiful range of jewellery and also one that will give you great service. You can be assured that they will always be honest with you.

Never again going back back to that store and not recommended. Put a deposit on the 24th Dec for a diamond of $1500 need the money back urgently due to family emergency as my grandad was admitted to hospital. Asked nicely for a refund for the deposit but refused on the 27th Dec which is the first day of business after Christmas. I didn't get a single cent back although I went back as soon as I got the news. Not a very kind person. I had to give him the deposit as I would have no extra money to continue with the purchase and not even a credit note for me to go back for other purchase. Lost $1500 in just 1 day.
