When I went into this store with my mother to buy my birthday necklace, the ladies were friendly. 6 months after having my necklace, I noticed the clasp was broken as I was trying to put it on. I hadn't tugged on the necklace, the clasp just broke on its own. I took it back to the store and when I showed the ladies my necklace, they immediately said that it wasn't their product. They were very rude about it. I knew I got it from their store and even remembered the lady who served me last time. The ladies then said that even if it was from their store, I would still have to pay to repair it. I asked what the warranty covers, and they said only factory faults (which I believe that this was). They continued to be rude to me, until other customers walked in. They then started lowering their voices and talked in a calm manner. I knew this case could not be helped further so I thanked them and walked out. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

One of the worst service ever. I have been to the burwood and parramatta store. Burwood store was interested in how to get me to put a deposit within 5 minutes of visiting the store. My engagement ring is potentially 13-14k and Burwood salespeople were extremely pushy and made it a really uncomfortable meeting. As for the parramatta store, i have absolutely no words as to how ridiculous the service is there. Stef is one of the rudest staff member i have ever seen. I had done my research and was very specific in my details of the kind of ring i wanted and the best price i had been quoted. She gave me a strange look and said 'so what do you want from us, just give me your number and i'll call you'. No surprises i never got a call back. This was the first store I went to in my search for an engagement ring, Steff was amazing! I hadn't a clue about rings, diamond quality, prices or anything at this point but Steff made everything a breeze, she was so honest and very very helpful... I explained the kind of ring I wanted and she had it there... But I didn't buy it straight away as I wanted to see other stores and what they had to offer but after all most 2 weeks of ring shopping I just could not find a better engagement ring with the same quality and price, so I went back and bought the first ring Steff showed me... I was so happy and I can't wait to come back to for our wedding rings. I've even invited Steff to our wedding back home in Ireland. Thanks again, Jason

I visited this store today, as my partner and I recently got engaged and we are looking at purchasing an engagement ring. We had been to a number of stores on this day, and near the end of our day we went to Eternity Jewelers. I was very unhappy with the service. The staff who served me, was very rude and abrupt, staff clearly had no clue about great customer service. I pointed out a ring I wanted to try on and staff got it for me, and to my surprise, it was a much smaller diamond with less clarity than what we had looked at already with other jewelers but for 4 times the price. Staff told me that I couldn't afford this and then called the management over who followed in staff's disgusting manners and advised me if I went with a lower clarity diamond, it may be in my budget. I had advised them that I had seen a larger, better quality stone for 4 times less the price and if they can help me with a better stone and better grade diamond. I was originally very happy with my service at Eternity. I was very excite having jut become engaged. Staff was extremely lovely and helped us through the process. Within the first week on of the diamonds in my ring had fallen out. I am very careful with my jewellery. I only wear it when I head out to work and on the weekends. As soon as I get home I put my rings in my jewellery case to make sure they stay in good condition. I gave staff a call and was very nice and explained for me to come back in the store and i could get it repaired. The repair job was quite fast so I couldn't complain. I left after I picked up the ring, when I was at home I started to notice that the diamond that was repaired was pushed in quite significantly. So it was not in line with the other diamonds. About a month later the diamond right next to the one that had been repaired fell out. As this is an engagement ring any person could understand tht at this point I would be quite upset.
