3. Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance & Mortgage Broking) from a Recognised Training Organisation
4. Industry Membership with either the MFAA or FBAA
5. Membership of the Dispute Resolutions Service - COSL
6. Membership of W.I.M.B.N
