I have recently moved from melbourne and have been looking for a new hairdresser in townsville. I felt uncomfortable the moment I walked in the door. The receptionist ignored me for five minutes before uttering a disingenuous "... can I help you?"
I was directed to a skinny brunette wearing a pink leopard print shirt (she didn't mention her name) who continually insulted me throughout my appointment.
I had purchased a voucher for several beauty consultations; however I now refuse to attend the remaining appointments.
I implore others to avoid Euphoria Hair and Beauty, unless being belittled is your forte.
Hi Jenny, Euphoria Hair & Beauty now have new owners, Michelle & Kelly they are fantastic, they will make you feel comfortable and special, they seem to have this honest, welcoming approach to each client. I am very happy with every visit and they have a beautiful coffee machine too!! Well worth even going to have a coffee. I would definitely recommend that you go back in and see for yourself the changes.
