If I can give them 0 star, I would. This company is horrible, don't put yourself in a trap like I did. Nancy sold us a $40K worth showroom kitchen for $16K, she said it's 3 years old in their warehouse and it has luxury drawers and many accessories, the doors and panels don't faded down in colour. Later I found out it was 6 year old kitchen (written the year 2011 on the panels). She forced me to pay the full amount even before deliverying the kitchen. After that, phone calls not picked up, emails not answered, sms rarely replied. I was left behind frustrating, not knowing how the whole process gonna be: when the kitchen is ready to be delivered, when the installer can come, when the appliances will be delivered, etc. Delay after delay, but she never feel sorry about that. The kitchen after installation looks like a poor quality kitchen, doors are yellow and faded down in color, even worse than Ikea panels. Drawers are not leveled up vertically and horizontally. What wonderfully creative team! I have had the pleasure of meeting with both Nancy and Susanna. This team exemplifies the meaning of design. They are truly inspirational in everything they do. Couldn't be happier with my new kitchen.

WOW! We had our kitchen installed and I have to say I am SOOOO HAPPY!!!!!!!
The whole process was very quick considering its all imported from Germany (8 weeks) and the installation of all the joinery and the granite was absolutely fault free.

The colours work so beautiful within our house and with the layout we have chosen. We had numerous appointments with our very patient designer. I love my large drawers and carousel with lots of cupboard space and the quality is of a very high standard. I would highly recommend this company and their products. My friends and family are also very impressed with the quality.

Great Product!

But don't put yourself through it 2 years on and my Kitchen is still not finished.

Management promise's you the world they will not answer emails phone calls even when you visit there they will assure you they will get it done and of course it doesn't happen, all the staff are the same they even books it in, then 10 minutes before the are due to arrive you get a text message cancelling I've had 10 of these to date!

I have sent several people there in the beginning and all have had problems.

The staff i think won't let the staff do anything on there on!!!

We have had a really bad experience with this company. As another reviewer mentioned, we have been through a very long process to get our kitchen finished and we're still not there - a year on from when it was first installed.
