Will never shop here or any other Eureka furniture stores again. Customer service was non-existent. Asked to order in discontinued bedside tables. Was told will order in and that we needn't put a deposit down and they took all our details to ring. Not only did they never ring us, they never ordered in the tables or manage to keep our details safe. The crabby old woman had no customer service skills at all, no apology for any of their mistakes, not even an explanation as to were our personal details were left or to be found. Even once we managed to buy bedsides at the right price quoted to us, we asked to be contacted by the store to see if we could pick up from depot next day. They never rang us back, we contacted the warehouse, and even though the staff here were great, and was told no drama's they are ready and that we should of been contacted. Another classic case of poor business from eureka. They damaged my wall when returning my lounge suit after being repaired for the SECOND time. I contacted them the next day when I noticed it. I couldn't get a response from them for over 6 weeks, in which time I did contacted them for some answers. When I finally got on to someone who could give me an update on the issue I was told that they refused to repair my wall as the wall had other marks on it and because I didn't report the incident until the next day. Even though I was able to send images of the chipped paint from the wall on the floor. I was so unhappy with this I asked for this issue to be directed to the management. This a good range of furniture at this shop and most of it is at a reasonable price. The shop is fairly crowded with all of the furniture, which makes the experience more interesting. As mentioned the range of furniture is fairly good and you can find your basic timbers through to your more elaborate pieces.
The service was generally good.
