my hubby and i went to eurobay this morning
the plate was dirty and we ask the waiter/maybe owner to get another
1 minute later he come back and said “ i just scratch off the lemon on the plate” (not sure what is the yellow thing on the plate but just felt dirty)
and i looked at the plate u can see finger prints on the plate.
cant u get another plate??u got only one plate in the restaurant?
after around 20 minutes wait, finally the dishes comes in
BUT,soon i found this was NOT what we ve ordered!
we ordered banger n mash, and they served the veal…
imagine after the wait, after the dirty plate thing,u just findout another mistake……
bad experience for me and my hubby coz we dont have much chance to got out for breakfast/lunch
and the service by the waiter/maybe owner? was bad
(the waitress was nice and polite)
so,not recommend
Considering it's always packed out, I don't really see what the big deal is. The seafood platter's octopus was pretty burnt, and their burger is pretty average. I didn't particularly think their service was that great, they weren't attentive considering there were as many staff as customers at one point and still they didn't come and get our order.
Was invited by a few girlfriends for a catch up and stopped at this cafe. We were waiting 20 minutes to be served. Dont like to hate or be negative but this place has a terrible vibe for a cafe. Staff have no idea on how to serve, let alone look at a customer. Terrible..so we cancelled our order and left
Have to Say the service is extremely DISGUSTING!!! Went there with a friend for late night food on Saturday. They're busy. We ordered 2 breakfast English Teas & a Calamari with fried chips. I guess they don't provide the refill because they just want us to finish our dinner ASAP so that they have another table for the waiting customers. Nevermind Again. Since the food is a bit salty & I cannot drink cold tap water, I asked the wait staff for a glass of hot water. It was weird that the staff did not give it to me directly and instead of it asked for a person (claimed as the management) then came back to say "DO NOT PROVIDE HOT WATER". I was a big angry as this is supposed to be a standard basic service in any restaurants & cafe in Syd. Even more, The "management" came to us ...read more
