Warning do not use this company. They came out to replace my fan in an otherwise working oven. At the completion of the work they changed me $190.then they tested the oven and it would not work at all. They Then tried to charge another $110 to fix it. When my wife refused to pay the extra money the management started to abuse her. They then took the replacement parts and left us without any oven.
At Eurocoast we do appreciate reviews and feedback. We pride ourselves on great customer service and provision of excellent repair work. This customer failed to mention that the oven was extremely old and that with each repair another faulty appear. When we offer to remove already installed parts and partial refund. This was refused and repair was requested to proceed by the customer. Everyone that knows the owner knows that he is no way abusive and is actually constantly commended for his pleasant manner. The end result of this repair was a refund on part. We continue to provide the Coast with professional service.
