We recently hired a truck from europcar hoppers crossing when i got the to pick up the truck i was told it wouldnt be back to 5 thay day how do u hire a truck thats not availble then je offered to drive it back to my house well this didnt get toyhouse till 6 pm that night yet i was charged for a full day, when the truck arrived it had a cracked windscreen, smashed side and yellow paint on it once the driver left i looked at the condition report and it showed nothinf to be wrong with it i took photos of the truck for muself. On returning the truck i went to put petrol in and filled it up once wegot to drop it off the staff came up to us and said u need to go t the BP amd fill it so we did because our travel from home to europcar was about 20min didnt want to start an argument our journey to BP was for the total of $4 on returning the staff went around straight to where the paint was and said ohh u must have hit the truck on the side of the poles at BP theres a yellow mark ...read more
- I called in to book a car and I got a cheaper quote, when I actually went to rent it out they quoted me 15 dollars more. I had to argue that on phone you said a different quote.
- High charge .33 cents after the 100 KM . Only first 100 ks are free.
- Although the fuel needle shows full (its actually not full-full). I was too honest to give it back all the way full.
- I had to negotiate the insurance price. intially was at $33 i managed to bring it down to $23, are we buying tomatoes or what? Why not give the best price straight away?
- Moreover the staff was rude.
Just do not bother. May hire a from somwehere else.
