I booked due to a good rate despite $50+ trip from the airport- absolute scam. Terrible customer service- rude arrogant staff both instore and in call centre- tried to trick me into taking a FILTHY car- wouldn't clean or provide immediate refund. These guys are dodgy, rude and arrogant and took me 3 hours to sort out- NOT WORTH THE REDUCED RATE.
