I have just had my Yamaha 3060 Amplifier repaired after it suffered several faults due to a Power Brownout where the Supply Voltage dropped from 240VAC to above 95 volts the repairs took a week and the cost was very moderate, the repairs where covered by the Supply Authorities.
I found European Electronics very easy and helpful to deal with and would recommend them 100% for any Audio/Electronics repairs. work.
In an era when electronic equipment is thrown away and replaced it's good to know that there are companies around still fixing things, and thereby reducing waste and environmental damage. This is a company does the right thing when it has made a mistake. This counts for more than good service in my book. The fact that it fixed my old microwave within 24 hours at a reasonable price, and kept it cooking for longer is much appreciated. It gets my fevent recommendation for its decency and good-will.
Appalling service and a blind rip off. Don’t go near them. They change a $66 ‘assessment’ fee and then months will go by with no contact. I rang 3 times to be eventually told they could not fix my appliance unless I was prepared to pay an extortionate sum that was the value price of a new machine. Of course my ‘assessment’ fee was not refunded. Don’t patronize them.
