Rip-off
$550 for a basic service for a VW Golf with less than 7500 on the clock. VW AU caps their service price at $333, so on hearing $550 i was pretty surprised. When challenged I was told that this was because the brake flud was changed. If I had known I would have brought my own $15 bottle of brake fluid instead of the diamond encrusted brand they must be using!
To add insult to injury, they didnt even do a good job at cleaning the car.
Will not use again and I will ensure everyone I knows what a rip-off this company is.

Dropped my car off for a service. Was contacted few days later that the timing belt needed replacing. Asked how much? Was quoted $4500. I said I'll leave it for now. He insisted he could tightened it. I agreeed. When I collected my car I was charged for things I didn't ask for. New wipers, bonnet struts. Then $2500 to tightened my timing belts. 10000km on I have the same problem. I've been told I was roped off. I now face a $4500 bill for what should've been rectified. Beware of this place. They are only interested in their own pockets.

Oil leaks, indicator out. Polution gear disconnected, doors cant lock, unsafe bottle jack, Broken spoke in rear wheel, illegible chassis number (got info from vicroads, glad car is actually legit).
No 3rd wiper, massive blind spot.
Battery cover no seal..car smells like battery acid. 185 tyres instead of plackarded 165 tyres.. no shift pattern and unpadded steer wheel.(wooden saas wheel fitted)

A long standing business with a highly qualified, specialist team that deals with some of Melbourne BIGGEST dealers on a daily basis. Constantly full of work on old and new Porsche, Mercedes, Land Rover, Jaguar cars and 4wds. Don't believe the negative reviews you may see about these guys... they are always doing their best for the customer. Mum used to say "Don't believe everything you see on TV". I now tell my kids "Don't believe everything you see on the Internet".
Dropped my car in for a service & explained the main problem which had to be looked at. I then received a call the following day telling me that they had to get a new part in and that it would cost me "a couple of hundred dollars". I said fine, go for it.
I then went to pick up the car the following day and they charged me $1500 for a complete service!
DO NOT GO HERE unless you have very deep pockets.
