Can't fault the work, just keep in mind that this bloke comes to your house and conducts the service there, so of it's raining, he may not show up. Had him booked a week before for a 'Platinum Service on our XC60, rains on the day an he doesn't show up, doesn't make contact to advise he will not be attending, so in my case im left scrambling to find somewhere at short notice. I guess he has enough business to allow for such poor customer service. In my case, Ike's motors in Phillip saved my butt at short notice as we were traveling interstate the next day, something I made clear to the proprietor of this business. Use with caution.

I have just had my Merc c200 compressor engine replaced by John of Eurowerks. My car was broken down 2 weeks ago. I have had my car serviced by Mercedes Benz in the past 4 years so I towed my car there for them to diagnose the problem. Two days later they gave me a quotation of $12,000 to fix the broken timing chain and it is just an estimation. I questioned why timing chain would be broken with a car with 130,000 km and I suppose Merc is a quality car and it has been well serviced and there was no warning signal before the broken down. Their reply was just because of "Bad Luck" and they didn't offer me any assistance of putting in a case to Merc etc. I decided go to someone else and I got in touch with John who works for Eurowerks, after he had a good look into the engine he advised me the engine needs to be replaced because it was damaged.
