I purchased a voucher for a wash, cut and blow wave during a blind auction at a charity event. I purchased this voucher out of good faith and can not verbalise enough how appalled and disgusted I am with this business.
I had 3 months to use the voucher; that's plenty of time I hear you say! Well, it should have been. I called on a number of occasions (over a period of 2 months) and left numerous messages. I used both the phone number provided on true local and the number provided with my voucher. I also emailed the email address a number of times in between phone calls with no reply.
If I thought for one second that my already paid money was going to this business instead of the breast cancer foundation, I would be taking this to small claims, as it is I'm happy to say Eutopia won't see a cent.
Shame on you Eutopia Hair.

All I can say is WOW, I was booked in somewhere else but they had double booked and told me they could not fit me in, so I went to this new salon Eutopia Hair although she was booked out on a Saturday, she managed to fit me in and all I can say is this is the best colour and cut I have ever had. I highly recommend and will definitely be going back.
