After 5 years my Merina needed to be replaced and Eve's in Spring Hill was the worst experience I've ever had:
1. Reception didn't initiate contact, I had to make the appointment which tells me I'm not a valued client/customer.
2. Reception didn't inform me that their office isn't in South Bank but in Spring Hill (they didn't text/ring to tell me, remember I hadn't been there in 5 yrs).
3. Reception didn't say the cost had gone up from +-$200 to over $500!
4. The doctor didn't remind me, remember I haven't had a period in 5 years, to bring pads or expect some bleeding.
5. The doctor asked me about my children. I'm your client and you didn't read my file? I don't have any children!
6. Reception asked me AFTER the appointment to update my personal details and their system was having difficulty and basically made me stand in agony, bleeding, waiting while they changed my details (it took over 30 minutes).
You tell me, would you go back?
